I have recently learned about the importance of using 100% natural fibers in my every day life, especially in clothing and accessories. This is a shocking discovery I found while investigating this issue;

According to this article, a 2003 study was performed by Dr. Heidi Yellen on the frequency of fabrics. She found in her study that the signature frequency of the human body is 100. Organic cotton shares the same frequency of 100. The study also found that a frequency lower than 100 puts strain on the body. Interestingly, the frequency of a diseased person is 15, which is also found in rayon, polyester, and silk register. Another important aspect of the study showed that fabric with higher frequency, such as linen which comes in at 5,000, gives energy to the body.

Listed below are yarns that contain 100% natural fiber. I hope this information was as eye-opening to you as it was to me, and you can enjoy some beautiful, natural yarns!

Comment below if you have more insight into the frequencies of fabric, I'd love to keep learning!
